Payment and Refund Policy:

Houseplansale.com takes every Design project very seriously and we ensure that the same is to be handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if any client is not happy with the outcome service, have gone through the Change Option, houseplansale.com do not entertain refund request reason being that houseplansale.com is a service provider, but for the convenience of the client we have given them change options as per the services hired by the user.

The drawing(s),design(s),plan(s), Elevation (s), Interior Design (s) floated on the website have been drawn, designed and planned considering the normal conditions of zones, soil and other Environmental factors and thus the user which is using the said purchased designs shall keep in mind all such conditions before executing these designs on site.
That all reasonable care has been taken to ensure accuracy and completeness of the designs/drawings, maps, Information Databases, Interior Designs the owner/Licensor or their agents would not be liable in any manner for any mistake or omission in the Databases or for any action taken or omitted to be taken or advice rendered or accepted on the basis of the Databases or for any consequential loss or inconvenience arising there from.
That if there is any discrepancy between the measurement and the drawing then it will be the duty of the user/licensee to confirm it back with the licensor/owner in written.
That in case of any assistance of service from the owner/promoter or other personnel is required, separate charges would be payable.
The Promoter/owner/Licensor or its agents shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations, if the failure(s) result from an act of God, an act of Government or other authorities or statutory undertakings, fire, explosion, accident, power failure, equipment failure, industrial dispute or anything beyond the Promoter/owner /Licensor’s control. Nor would it/they be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use the product(s).
That the its user/ client responsibility for the convert and attested or verify the drawings provided by houseplansale.com from the local govern body or consultant for the execution purpose. Client/User is solely responsible for the execution, materials, construction quality, building services, electrical, plumbing and mechanical by any means.

Delivery Policy:

Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear.
Timely communication from the client: If required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to houseplansale.com
·Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, houseplansale.com is not bound to maintain its delivery.
houseplansale.com will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances unless there is a special agreement signed or Committed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.

Reservation of Rights:
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
All disputes and claims will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts/forums/ tribunals at Delhi, India only.
